3. Coconut Bliss is a great product and if we worked together that this would also be a very yummy endeavour.

   (don't underestimate the power of yummy) They have the yummiest non-dairy ice cream product on earth.

   That may be incentive enough for a lot of people if they find out that eating coconut bliss is involved in this sustainability project. I would trade time for my weight in coconut bliss.

4. Health and Wellness organizations, holistic practitioners, Naturopathic doctors, acupuncturists, wellness centers etc. can be researched to see who has what kind of practices and unions etc
5. Farmers Market/Pike Place Trade Alliance --Seatle local grown delivery service??  --We could make a whole linked produce enterprise on this premise across the country starting here to create the first model. Community capitol with food is powerful stuff. Growers could participate in the Independant Green Housing Collective Trade Alliance, because landlords have got to eat too. And growers may want a time share when they are in town or may choose to live in town and they also need Electricity.
6. Independant Green Energy Corporations. These could set up efficient power generation micro-units in the city on the grid and trade the energy with members of a trade alliance, surplus could be sold to the power companies and public utilities for a profit during the transition. These micro units could be integrated into corporate privately owned (no public stock) properties and buildings.
7. Independent Green Housing Collectives Trade Alliance that operate as a green integrated energy producing businesses to offset the costs of the housing itself rendering the houses available as free to those within the trade alliance.  For instance a series of homes with integrated solar, wind and rain power could be designed with super efficient clean technology so that they offset the cost of the housing with the energy produced. Those outside the trade alliance could rent a fixed percentage of the units to offset costs further or make a profit.
8. Independant Utilities Corporations Trade Alliance same deal with other utilities. Water, Sewer, Garbage, biodeisel, natural gas-while still viable
9. Independant Sustainable Lawyers Trade Alliance same deal with Lawyers
